Kempinski's "Festive Treats" Baking Workshop
Learn the sweet art of baking the perfect Christmas treats of with handcrafted recipes by The Capitol Kempinski's very own Pastry Chef Sam Tan herself (Fruit Cake, GingerBread Man). Participants will learn valuable tips in the dough making process, dough fermentation, and baking temperatures. This hands on session concludes with each participant bringing home their own sweet creations.
Class Duration: Approx. 2-2.5hours
Venue: The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore (4th-floor foyer)
