Kempinski's "Yuletide Roasts" Workshop
An enriching and engaging session where participants will learn the marination process, meat handling, trimming and techniques for the best results in roasting three meat cuts (Beef, Lamb and Turkey). Participants will also help prepare 3 side dishes (Roasted Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Chestnuts). This hands-on workshop wraps up with each participant bringing home the roasted items they helped prepare.
Class Duration: Approx. 2-2.5hours
Venue: The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore (4th-floor foyer)

Each session is suitable for up to 5 participants.
